Southbridge School has an innovative approach to learning and teaching.

We believe that children learn best in an environment where they feel happy and secure.  We work hard at building learning communities within our classrooms.

We are a small rural school in the heart of the Canterbury plains, with a role of approximately 130 children from Year Zero to Year Six.

Southbridge has a population of around 700 and the school serves the town and the surrounding farming community.
